The planning public inquiry relating to the appeal by McDonalds Restaurants for a proposed restaurant at the former Crofters Lodge Public House site in Kenton will resume on Tuesday 28 June 2016 at 10am, and is scheduled for three days.

The inquiry will be held in the Pandon Room in Newcastle Civic Centre. The inquiry will consider matters relating to the effect of the proposal on the health and well-being of the local community. Members of the public may attend the inquiry.
